I hail from the Dominican Republic, I’ve been creating software for a little over 12 years now. I’d say my super power is “support” and my secret talent… would be my BBQ skills.

Where were you before Alfred? We want to know your journey that led you here.

Before Alfred, I worked at GBH in the Dominican Republic for about 9 years, and started as a Junior Software Developer, transitioning all the way up to Engineering Manager. I’ve worked mostly on web applications, using NodeJS, Typescript, and initiated the DevOps department.

What makes you feel at home at Alfred?

It’s the people, the atmosphere, and the work that make me feel most at home at Alfred.

What are your 3 deserted island items?

A knife, a hammock, and shorts.

What does community mean to you?

Learned so much cooking! Empanadas, pizza, meatballs, short rib, a lot of sourdough…
