Sneak some veggies into your day.
Fresh veggies are in abundance during the summer months. Grab yourself a bountiful harvest of summer vegetables like butternut squash, cucumbers, eggplant, and peppers. Incorporating veggies into your meals will volumize your plate without having to add those extra calories.
