Wellness Wednesday | Vision Boards
Each week we’re sharing top tips from our team on how to get the most of your wellness routine.

This week, we’re flexing our manifestation muscles with vision boards. This DIY tool can transform your biggest goals into accomplishments.
We’ll be the first to admit, vision boards sound corny if you’re unfamiliar with them, but they’re a great way to help you set daily intentions and work towards your goals in a subconscious way — even Oprah loves the power of a good vision board.
So, what is it?
A vision board is a collage of images, brands, people and places that inspire you. Whether you literally cut out images from magazines and slap them on a poster board or you go the digital route, vision boards are a representation of all your wildest hopes and dreams that are aesthetically crafted to your liking, and you’ll want to stare at and daydream about, day after day. The reason people swear by vision boards is because visualization is a great way to exercise the mind. If we’re constantly being re-inspired by these visuals, we’re more likely to stay focused on our goals and aspirations.
Where you should keep it
As the name implies, vision boards are meant to be looked at until you’ve memorized every little detail. You have to engage with your board to transform those big dreams into accomplishments. So, we suggest hanging it somewhere that your eyes can easily wander to it, whether that’s above your bed, on your desk, or as your phone background.
What you should include on your board
Pictures aside, add a few words of affirmation to your board like “powerful,” or “abundant.” How you feel is just as important as what you are trying to achieve — there’s always room to grow and mature internally while saving up for that Ferrari. The positive energy you bring into each day will get you steps closer to where you want to be in the years to come.
