The Return on Wellness
A new metric for resident experience.

As millions of Americans still find themselves in WFH mode, the need for wellness support in the home throughout the day is more important than ever.
So how are employers stepping up to support these needs? The anticipation of new metrics showing the Return on Wellness (ROW) has also captured the interest of landlords in both commercial and residential real estate. By offering a variety of virtual programming to tenants including fitness and mindfulness classes, entertainment and education through webinars and community building activities like virtual mixology lessons paired with kits delivered to residents’ homes; tenants now have the resources they need to ward off feelings of isolation and mental illness by staying consistently active and engaged with their community.
With all the shifts and turns of the pandemic, the importance placed on wellness while you work (whether it be at home or as we return to the workplace) is certainly one thing we can count on to stay.
