As a continuation of its “Home Cooking With Alfred” series, Alfred partnered with Acqua Panna to bring some warmth to your kitchen.

Our class featured Executive Chef Nick Gaube from Quality Italian restaurant in New York who taught us how to make tasty Italian Chicken Milanese with fresh ricotta and blistered tomatoes. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Nick’s extensive culinary career has taken him to Vail, CO and Newport, RI until joining the Quality Italian restaurants family as Executive Chef in 2016.
