Recipe: Charles Joly’s Manhattan
- 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey (higher proof preferred)
- 1 oz sweet vermouth (Dolin Rouge, Cocchi di Torino)
- 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic bitters
Method: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with quality maraschino cherry or orange twist.
