Cocktail Class with Alfred x Perrier®
Alfred teamed up with Perrier® to bring its members a cocktail class with renowned mixologist Pamela Wiznitzer.

Pamela has previously been named “Bartender of the Year” by the Village Voice and made Wine Enthusiast Magazine’s “40 Under 40” list in 2015. She currently oversees the beverage programs for the iconic Big Apple Circus and The Lookup, a rooftop bar in Midtown Manhattan.
The class featured a Perrier® Strawberry Collins cocktail and Perrier® Honey Lemon Spritz mocktail. Try it at home using the recipe and instructions below.
Pamela’s Favorite Tips and Tricks:
1) You don’t need a cocktail shaker to have a great drink. Use a water bottle that seals with a cap/lid or a mason jar to shake up your favorite drink
2) Measuring your cocktail ingredients will ensure that you have a perfectly balanced beverage every time. A jigger is a measuring device used in bars and easy to source for your own home, many of them are 1 ounce and 2 ounce units. But, you can also use a tablespoon to measure .5 ounces (or half an ounce) for each tablespoon.
3) A bottle of tequila should have three things on it. First, it needs to say 100% Agave or Puro de agave so you know it’s made only from the blue weber agave plant. Second, looking for the term “NOM” with 4 digits on the back. That designates the number of the distillery in which the tequila is produced. And finally, look for the letters “CRT” which signifies the certificate of authenticity of the tequila.
