Cities We’re In | Los Angeles
What west coast dreams are made of. Take a dive into what The City of Angels offers, from its endless shoreline stops to secret local finds.

Weather You Can’t Beat
No matter where you are in L.A. you’ll experience sunshine to a new level. From sea breeze to mountain air, you’ll be living in sunshine from sunrise to sunset.
On the cloudier days, we suggest heading to Santa Monica to visit the Butcher’s Daughter for a healthy boozy brunch, ending with boutique shopping down Abbot Kinney. In the summer months, grab your surfboard and swimsuit and head to the beach. With miles of shore in your reach, take the time to explore the options and find your favorite.
The People
Resting two hours from San Diego and the Mexican border, LA is strongly influenced by its neighbors. LA brings in a cross-culture influence from its Asian and Latino neighbors, bringing authenticity from all directions touching upon food, art, and culture. It’s the people that make LA’s uniqueness so special.
Foodie Heaven
Anything you’re craving, you’ll find. Start by choosing a neighborhood: If you’re looking for authentic cultural cuisine, you will find plenty of restaurants in Thai Town, Historic Filipino town, Little Armenia, Chinatown, and the Little Tokyo Historic District. With all the beaches and picture perfect weather, there is a huge appetite for those more health conscious and plant based. Cafe Gratitude or Plant Food + Wine by Matthew Kenney are without a doubt a must dine. Our personal favorite and most instagram-able meal is one on wheels. A classic like Leo’s Taco Truck is worth the wait at any time of day. There’s plenty to choose from, so bring your appetite.
Galleries on Galleries
Whether you’re an art junkie, or just seeking a new hobby, LA is for you. Head to downtown LA and the boulevards of Hollywood to find the most unique art galleries like the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. While you’re there, don’t forget to snap an essential picture in the Urban Light exhibit . If galleries aren’t your thing, look no further than the walls of the city. There are plenty of works of art and murals brushed up on the side of buildings.
