Bringing Happy Hour To Your Home with Fever-Tree
In partnership Fever-Tree, we’re bringing residents the mixer they’ve been needing to spoil their taste buds and impress any dinner guest.
With the holidays approaching, we’re taking a moment to spotlight some of our favorite cocktail recipes by Fever-Tree.
Gin & Tonic
There’s not much that hits the spot quite like a Gin & Tonic. The combination of cool, clean Bombay Sapphire, ice-cold tonic and the freshness and fragrance of sprig wedge of rosemary is a quintessential refresher for a reason. But while it’s a simple concoction, getting it absolutely perfect requires dedication.
- 3 parts Elderflower Tonic Water
- 1 part of Bombay Sapphire
- Plenty of fresh ice
- Rosemary sprig
Add the Bombay Sapphire over ice in a balloon or wine glass. Top with Fever-Tree Tonic and gently fold with a bar spoon to mix. Garnish with Rosemary. *If Gin is not your thing, pair Fever-Tree’s Elderflower with your choice of Vodka or Aperitif.*
Sparkling Paloma
The Paloma is a thirst-quenching tequila cocktail that’s very simple to mix up. Paloma in Spanish means “dove,” and it’s a fitting name for this sparkling pink grapefruit drink. Though there are variations, two elements are mandatory in any Paloma recipe: tequila and grapefruit. It’s a beautiful pairing, especially with a juicy grapefruit slice and a little fizz.
- 3 Parts Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
- 1 Part Tequila or Mezcal
Add tequila or mezcal to a highball glass, add ice and top with Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit. Garnish with a juicy pink grapefruit wedge. *Sub Vodka, we suggest Grey Goose for a refreshing Spritz.*
Moscow Mule
The Moscow Mule is such a simple cocktail. Its simplicity also means each ingredient is of equal importance. There’s no camouflaging of poor quality here. Fever-Tree Ginger Beer is made with three types of real ginger, giving it a distinct, fiery flavor that is perfect for a Moscow Mule cocktail.
- 3 parts Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer
- 1 part Vodka, we suggest Grey Goose
- Squeeze of fresh lime
Squeeze the lime juice into a copper Moscow Mule mug or highball. Fill until overflowing with ice cubes and pour in the vodka. Finish with the ginger beer, garnish with lime wedge and serve.
